Git Lab is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to build the GTM teams that drive growth. In this individual contributor role, you will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement, owning searches from intake through close.
You will craft inclusive pipelines, use market insight, and guide hiring decisions to hire top talent. You will manage 12–15 requisitions at a time, lead kickoff conversations, and ensure fair, structured interviews with clear feedback.
