We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused HR Systems Officer to join the HR Systems team. This role sits at the heart of the Agency's people function and will support the ongoing transformation, development and maintenance of our HR systems, helping to shape a modern, integrated and efficient digital HR landscape. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring HR systems remain accessible, reliable and responsive to business needs, while delivering high-quality support to colleagues across the Agency.
This role can be performed at any of the following locations
- Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Felixstowe, Folkestone, Gartcosh, Gillingham, Hambleton, Leicester, London, Normanton, Portsmouth, Slough, Solent, Stevenage, Tolworth, Warrington or Remote Working (Anywhere in the UK),
As an HR Systems Officer, you will provide essential operational and administrative support across a range of HR activities. You will act as a key point of contact for HR systems-related enquiries, managing shared HR mailboxes, responding to customer requests and escalating issues where appropriate. You will support users by troubleshooting routine technical issues, carrying out minor system configuration changes, administering access requests and ensuring users can effectively access and utilise HR systems.
