Position: Adviser Onboarding & Integration Lead (Remote)

Quilter plc is seeking an Adviser Engagement and Integration Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the adviser journey from onboarding to first payment and transition into business-as-usual support. You will coordinate across teams, maintain momentum through hand-offs, and escalate blockers to keep projects on track.

The role focuses on improving processes, removing barriers, and ensuring clear ownership. This is a remote, permanent position within Quilter's QFP Network Recruitment function.
