Job Summary:
Join our team as an AI ML Engineer and play a pivotal role in accelerating AI-driven business transformation for the insurance and financial services sectors. You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of innovative AI/ML solutions to boost operational efficiency, reduce fraud, and deliver personalized digital experiences. We value strong written and verbal communication skills as you collaborate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models—including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Develop and scale advanced predictive models for classification, regression, and time-series forecasting.
- Leverage the latest AI/ML platforms (Crew AI, n8n, Autogen, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Lang Smith) and workflow automation tools for rapid solution delivery.
- Drive productionization of AI models with robust MLOps pipelines—covering training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Engineer prompts and implement reranking and orchestration strategies to optimize large language model outputs.
- Advance NLP initiatives (text processing, embedding, information extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis) and integrate knowledge graphs where needed.
- Transform structured and unstructured data into actionable features, integrating diverse data sources for holistic solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or Applied Mathematics.
- 4–5 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience in complex environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python (preferred), with experience in R or Java.
- Strong command of ML/DL frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Experience with modern AI/LLM platforms and workflow automation tools (n8n, Crew AI, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Lang Smith, Auto Gen).
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, containerization, and pipeline orchestration (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in insurance systems, financial data models, or medical data processing.
- Experience integrating NLP techniques into insurance use cases like claims, policy documents, or medical records.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI) with data residency compliance.
