About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our group ERP landscape (with a particular focus on Finance), driving rollouts to subsidiaries, implementing changes, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities- Maintain, extend, and optimize the Microsoft D365 F&O (Finance) solution across the group
- Participate in ERP rollout and integration of peripheral systems in different subsidiaries
- Implement change requests, enhancements, and new features in line with business needs
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from various departments
- Identify optimization opportunities (e.g. leveraging Power Platform, AI / Copilot agents) and propose solutions
- Contribute to technical strategy and architecture discussions
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (experience with SCM / supply chain modules is a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP landscapes, DMS, BI / BW or analytics systems
- Experience or interest in Power Platform, AI / automation, Copilot-style agents
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Self-motivated, independent, yet collaborative mindset
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
