An international Real Estate company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead (6+ years) to join a major global program, driving innovation and excellence across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations).
• Oversee technical architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Guide developers through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven leadership experience in technical or architectural roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with LWC, Apex, Flows, and complex integrations.
