Overview

Analytical Chemistry Specialist – AI Trainer role focused on shaping AI training data with expertise in analytical chemistry. You will help power the next generation of AI by contributing domain knowledge in spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, quantitative chemical analysis, environmental testing, pharmaceutical analysis, and analytical method development.

• Converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to improve model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• PhD in analytical chemistry or a closely related chemical science field is ideal.
• Peer‑reviewed publications, lab‑based method development, regulatory testing, or instrumentation‑intensive research signal fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.

• Pay range: $8 to $65 per hour, with exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range.
