The role of a Service Now GRC Developer at Whole Point involves crafting tailored Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Service Now platform for our diverse clientele. Success in this role is defined by the ability to create GRC solutions that align seamlessly with each client's distinct regulatory framework, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance objectives. As a key contributor, a GRC Developer collaborates closely with internal teams and client personnel to implement Service Now GRC solutions that effectively mitigate risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

In the larger context of our consulting firm, this role plays a crucial part in delivering specialized expertise to clients, bolstering their risk management practices, and fortifying their compliance strategies.

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Work spaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Import data into GRC application tables.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.
• Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.
• 2+ years experience with Service Now configuration.
• Eligible to get public trust clearance.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Detail oriented, motivated, analytical, disciplined.
• Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience building integrations with Service Now Integration Hub.
• Experience building integrations using REST API.
