We are Cegedim Insurance Solutions, a global leader in international insurance software solutions. The role encompasses two main activities:
Technical Consulting for both on premise and on cloud clients, and Configuration, Deployment and Technical Monitoring for our Clients in cegedim.cloud.

Working as part of a joint Cegedim/client team, this client‑facing role involves working from home, on client sites, and at our central Bristol office.

• Provide technical consultancy to clients and internal organization in the deployment and usage of our software.
• Define the technical architecture for the integration of our software within client and third‑party ecosystems, including integration strategy, gaps analysis, interface design, security analysis and software selection.
• Plan, implement and manage data migration activities from client existing systems/applications.
• Define infrastructure architecture for implementation projects on‑premise and SaaS for software, hardware, and network requirements.
• Participate in implementation projects, owning technical work streams including liaison with clients on development and infrastructure activities.
• Understand and support smooth release delivery and installations for clients.
• Deploy and configure Actisure and IDHP releases in our cloud environments using deployment and configuration tools released by the Head of Cloud.
• Identify cloud and on‑premise requirements for configuration, deployment and monitoring tools with the Technical Services Manager.

Strong client‑facing skills, a software development or deployment background in Microsoft technologies, and experience throughout the full software development lifecycle.

• Experience of requirements gathering.
• Ability to document requirements, solutions, and infrastructure architecture design.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS projects including technical infrastructure, environments, networks, security processes, and associated compliance/regulation.
• Implemented APIs to provide a service‑oriented architecture.
• Installation and configuration of services and applications on Microsoft and/or Linux servers/network/platforms.
• Data migration skills.
• System integration design and experience integrating with third parties.
• Security best practices and understanding of data protection issues.
• Thorough knowledge of database systems e.g., SQL Server, T‑SQL, Mongo
  
  DB.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
