Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Principal Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Consultant to lead transformative projects for some of the UK and Ireland’s most forward‑thinking organisations. You will be at the forefront of solution design and delivery, influencing strategic outcomes and guiding clients through their Oracle journeys.
Responsibilities- Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices for adoption of the solution.
- Configure the system to match business requirements and system design.
- Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
- Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and manage their expectations on delivery within scope.
- Drive forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients.
- End‑to‑end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
- Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
- Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
- Facilitated workshops (process, design, configuration, test and validate).
- Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
- Documented solutions clearly and shared knowledge freely within the cloud community.
