We’re seeking a Growth Data Analyst – someone curious, analytical, and proactive. A self‑starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical teams.

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance.
• Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks.
• Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
• Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning.
• Manage data pipelines and analysis for Hub Spot in collaboration with the BD team.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with a product analytics tool (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis.
• Working knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, X and good understanding of marketing attribution.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and first‑party data integrations between marketing and backend systems.
• Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports; ability to translate data into clear insights and business impact.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels, event schemas, and UTM structures across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs (deposits, trading volume) is a strong plus.
• Light Python / SQL experience is a plus.
