As a Product Specialist at planix, you will be part of the team that continuously improves and advances our platform. You translate complex ideas into clear, structured processes and help ensure that our product remains simple, intuitive, and effective.

You will work closely with the Head of Product Development and be actively involved in concept design, testing, and optimization. You bring a deep understanding of technology, user experience, and product logic to the table.

• Analyze complex topics and translate them into clear, logical structures
• Develop and optimize processes – from idea to implementation
• Act as a bridge between product, design, and technology
• Document, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Test prototypes and continuously suggest improvements
• Monitor trends in technology and AI and integrate them into product development

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complexity
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and precise working style
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn – you love exploring new ideas
• Experience or interest in Prompt Engineering is a plus
• Independent and proactive work style with strong ownership mentality
• Excellent process thinking and sense for efficiency
