We’re an Ankara-based mobile game studio focused on hybrid-casual titles. Since March 2022, our games have been downloaded 200M+ times worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Game Designer with strong Level Design skills to shape moment-to-moment gameplay, difficulty curves, and player engagement for our puzzle/idle/hybrid-casual projects.

• Own level design: build and iterate levels from graybox to final; shape difficulty, pacing, onboarding
• Tune puzzles & mechanics: keep levels fun, readable, and fair while supporting monetization
• Design with data: use KPIs (win rate, attempts, D1/D7, funnel drop-offs) and A/B tests to guide changes
• Run the content pipeline: create/maintain level packs, themes, variants; keep docs and naming tidy
• Playtest & iterate fast: plan sessions, gather feedback, ship frequent improvements with Product/Art/Engineering
• Document clearly: write professional GDDs, level briefs

• 3+ years in mobile game/level design (puzzle, Match-3, sort, idle/incremental, hybrid-casual)
• At least one shipped hybrid-casual title with measurable success
• Strong command of difficulty balancing, progression, and level pacing
• Comfortable with data-informed design (cohorts, dashboards)
• Unity proficiency
• Clear communication and documentation
• Professional English

• Experience running live level pipelines and seasonal events.
• Understanding of economy systems (boosters, power-ups, energy/lives) and how levels feed meta/progression
• Experience working with publishers or self-publish studios

• Remote-first in Ankara: work from home; join occasional in-person meetings, team events at Hacettepe Teknokent
• Only candidates living in Ankara will be considered
