Job Title: Dynamic CRM Consultant
Job Purpose:
Enhance the currently implemented Dynamics 365 CRM system by adding new functionalities and features through configuration and customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of functionalities, customizations, and provide end user support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and manage CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 Fin Ops and other business systems.
- Conduct ongoing software maintenance and upgrades.
- Coordinate with departments and end users to understand business requirements and translate into functional / technical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, training materials, documentation and provide training to end users on business systems.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the business solutions meet the end-user needs, improve efficiency and achievement of all business objectives.
- Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirement:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, customization, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Integration experience with Microsoft and with other Business System Products.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products.
- Experience in Document Core Pack and SharePoint will be an advantage.
