Your Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI companionship. You’ll work across multiple areas of our product, from chat interfaces and AI content tools to payment flows, sign‑up experiences, character creation, and marketing landing pages.

You’ll partner directly with our Product Design Lead to shape the future of AI companionship — defining design standards, refining systems, and delivering experiences that will be used and loved by millions. You’ll tackle problems few designers have ever faced, in a category that’s still being invented, and have the freedom to turn bold, AI‑powered ideas into elegant, high‑performing experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Product & Feature Design Own the end‑to‑end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery. Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights.
  
  Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality.
• Collaboration & Prototyping Work hand‑in‑hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers from concept to delivery. Rapidly prototype and test ideas before committing to full builds. Provide clear, actionable feedback during design reviews and help raise the bar for design quality. Be open to challenging ideas and having your own ideas challenged, fostering healthy debate to achieve the best design outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement & Experimentation Support fast‑paced A/B testing with quick design iterations. Experiment with AI‑assisted design workflows to speed up delivery and explore new possibilities. Stay ahead of design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models.
• Challenges You’ll Tackle Design for a product used by millions, ensuring high‑quality experiences k across vastly different product surfaces while maintaining design consistency. Translate AI‑powered capabilities into usable, engaging, and monetizable features. Improve conversion and retention through iterative design and testing. Lead 0‑to‑1 feature design, from concept to launch, in ambiguous and fast‑moving environments. Balance…
