to join us as part of our team.

We are developing an AI-powered platform for the pharmaceutical and Med Tech industry. The platform is designed to process, analyze, and validate information from a variety of complex documents and digital materials.

Using advanced AI, OCR, and LLM pipelines, the solution can extract and interpret content from text, images, charts, and diagrams — transforming unstructured data into accurate, actionable insights. This enables domain experts to work more efficiently, with reduced risk of errors and faster review cycles.

As a Senior AI Developer , you will be a core member of the AI/ML team, responsible for designing and implementing advanced pipelines for PDF parsing, image recognition, and data validation. You will work closely with domain experts and engineers to bring production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.

• Design and implement AI/ML pipelines for extracting text, images, tables, and diagrams from complex PDF documents.
• Develop and optimize OCR and image-to-text solutions for marketing and regulatory materials.
• Build NLP and LLM-based modules for fact validation, cross-referencing claims with regulatory databases.
• Convert unstructured data into structured formats (tables, databases, knowledge graphs).
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of AI services in a production environment.
• Collaborate with experts and product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies in document parsing, computer vision, and large language models.

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP, OCR, or computer vision.
• Proven hands-on experience with PDF parsing (text + images + diagrams).
• Strong background in image recognition and image-to-text solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face).
• Experience with OCR frameworks (Tesseract, Paddle
  
  OCR, EasyOCR) and PDF processing tools (PDF plumber, PyMuPDF, Camelot, Tabula).
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index) and integration with fact-checking modules.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Strong understanding of data validation, model evaluation, and quality assurance in AI systems.
