Join as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Web3 / Fin Tech) at Deel
, the all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform that powers global work for more than 7,000 employees across 100+ countries. In this role you will help build the user‑facing layer of Deel’s next‑generation financial infrastructure – powering payroll, treasury, compliance, and global payments at massive scale.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads of Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Participate in the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Build and maintain complex features and UI components, ensuring scalability, accessibility, performance, and delightful UX.
• Collaborate on API design, state management architecture, and frontend–backend integration for high‑volume financial flows.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs quickly to uphold Deel’s fast‑paced development expectations (“Deel Speed”).
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all front‑end surfaces, including dashboards, financial operations tools, and mission‑critical workflows.
• Influence technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices in modern frontend & backend engineering.
• Optional:
  Participate in experiments or internal tooling involving crypto payroll flows, decentralized identity, cryptographic verification, or wallet interactions.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production‑grade applications.
• Deep expertise with Type Script and React (class + functional components, hooks).
• Strong proficiency with modern state‑management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, MobX, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive layout techniques, and component‑driven architecture.
• Comfortable with Node.js for server‑rendered experiences or full‑stack collaboration.
• Experience building pixel‑perfect, visually polished interfaces and working closely with Product & Design teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Thrives in a remote‑first, high‑ownership environment with rapid iteration cycles.
• Experience with large‑scale SaaS, 24/7 cloud environments, or high‑traffic applications is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with web3 concepts (wallets, digital signatures, decentralized identity, smart‑contract‑driven flows).
• Interest in cryptography, token‑based authentication, or blockchain data models.
• Curiosity about the intersection of emerging technologies and regulated financial systems.
