Job Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of AI‑driven IT systems and solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with the company’s AI‑focused goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address AI‑related IT needs and opportunities.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure supporting AI applications.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.

- Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in complex IT environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with budget and resource allocation in IT projects.
- Certifications in relevant IT and AI domains (e.g., AWS, Azure, Tensor Flow) are a plus.
