Version 1 is expanding its Dev Ops practice and seeks an experienced Azure Dev Ops Engineer to support enterprise customers. In this customer‑facing role you will:

• Implement Dev Ops processes and tooling for IaaS and PaaS delivery using IaC in the public cloud.
• Automate configuration and management of Azure workloads.
• Build tool chains for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Contribute to technical decisions in a collaborative team.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure services.

• Mentor team members on Dev Ops best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define release schedules and quality gates.

• Monitor and optimise pipeline performance.

• Self‑driven, intrinsic motivation to excel and take ownership.
• Proven experience with Azure Dev Ops (or equivalent), scripting languages, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Power Shell DSC.
• Hands‑on experience building Azure IaC with Terraform.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert, Dev Ops Engineer Expert) preferred.
• Experience building and configuring Azure IaaS and PaaS services (App Service, VNETs, NSGs, SQL, Service Bus, Function Apps, Key Vault, Logic Apps).
• Proficiency with Git.
