Lead our LLM team (3 engineers) and own model architecture, training, and deployment. The role demands hands‑on production code, strategy for alignment, and moderation in a unique NSFW environment.

• Ship code and lead from the front, writing production tables in Python/PyTorch.
• Architect the core chat loop, optimizing context windows, memory/RAG retrieval, and inference latency.
• Own the model lifecycle, driving Supervised Fine‑Tuning and RLHF/DPO strategy.
• Manage the data engine to source, label, and clean diverse datasets.
• Build and maintain high‑precision moderation classifiers for unsafe content.
• Mentor the engineer team while staying deeply involved in the codebase.

• 8+ years of engineering experience, shipping AI/ML to millions of users.
• Strong Python/PyTorch skills and familiarity with vLLM, Hugging Face pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience moderating NSFW content and handling uncensored AI challenges.
• Deep technical understanding of prompt conditioning, temperature, sampling, and alignment.
• Doer mindset focused on velocity and shippable production solutions.
• Ownership mentality; obsessive about metrics and long‑term reliability.
