Overview
Online Consultant – Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time position. The candidate should have strong knowledge of online consulting principles and practices, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work with clients to develop effective online solutions.
Responsibilities- Analyzing customer requirements and developing appropriate solutions
- Identifying potential issues with client projects and providing recommendations for improvement
- Generating detailed project plans and timelines
- Conducting research on relevant topics related to the project scope
- Developing presentations for clients on project progress and results
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Providing remote technical support where needed
- Assisting in the implementation of new technologies or strategies as required
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects
- Degree or diploma in computer science or business administration
- Previous experience in an online consulting role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working remotely
