We are looking for a Security Engineer - Red Team who wants to take their career one step further and work with the world s leading brands with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning technologies.

Technical context: we handle high volumes of requests and data, and we maintain a large-scale AI and predictive data footprint. Our engineers and developers are located in Istanbul and Ankara, and we focus on fast, impactful delivery while actively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

• performs web, mobile application, and internal penetration testing, source code reviews, threat analysis, and social-engineering assessments
• supports blue teams when needed
• researches new attack vectors and stays current with cybersecurity news and trends
• trains Quality Assurance and Development teams in standard security testing techniques and secure software development

• 4+ years of working experience in web application security
• hands-on experience in security testing of Web applications, Web services, Mobile applications, APIs, etc.
• experience securing REST APIs and web services
• experience using and implementing SAST/DAST tools such as Fortify, Veracode, Checkmarx, or similar
• experience conducting penetration tests of information systems using commercial and open-source tools
• strong understanding of OWASP and SANS standards and remediation guidance
• experience with secure coding methodologies and their adoption within engineering teams
• ability to support developers in the SDLC with mitigations for emerging threats
• ability to review application source code based on static analysis tools
• engagement in security research to stay current on vulnerabilities and testing tools
• ability to create detailed, professional vulnerability reports with mitigation strategies
• capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and provide strong customer service
• strong written and verbal English communication skills
• coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or PHP is a plus
• familiarity with scripting and automation for application security testing is a plus
• familiarity with cloud security, particularly AWS concepts, is a plus
• certifications such as eWAPT, OSCP, OSWE, etc., are a plus
• ability to work in a team-centric environment with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• experience in conducting white, gray, or black box assessments and producing detailed reports with findings and recommendations
• strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
