Service Now Developer (human)

What makes your job exciting:

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications to meet business requirements
• Implement modules, forms, workflows, and business rules
• Support the implementation of IT service management processes in Service Now
• Develop integrations between Service Now and other systems to ensure seamless data exchange
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
• Support the update and maintenance of the Service Now platform

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Existing certifications in Service Now development are an advantage
• Good communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate within a team to jointly develop solutions and solve problems
• Independent working style and the ability to continuously learn about new technologies and Service Now updates
• Knowledge of the Service Now platform and its modules, including CSM and ITSM
• Understanding of database concepts and experience working with Service Now data models
• Ability to automate business processes and workflows in Service Now
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot errors in Service Now applications
