The role
Account Manager (Microsoft Solutions)

We’re looking for a Microsoft Account Manager who enjoys working with people, understands technology, and knows how to grow customer relationships. You’ll take care of existing clients, look for new opportunities, and make sure they get real value from Microsoft solutions like Modern Workplace, Azure, and Licensing.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Microsoft customers (Corporate and SMB)
  • Create and follow account plans that match both our goals and Microsoft’s priorities
  • Spot new opportunities for solutions like M365, Azure, Security, Surface, and CSP
  • Work with technical, presales, and marketing colleagues to deliver the best results
  • Understand Microsoft licensing models and incentive programs
  • Keep customers happy and hit renewal and upsell targets
  • Keep your pipeline and forecasts up to date in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Microsoft’s local teams on shared business opportunities
What we need to see from you
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT or software
  • Background in Microsoft licensing or cloud is a big plus
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
