What will you do as a Technical Solution Architect at 4PS?

As a Technical Solution Architect at 4PS, you help define the technological direction and architecture of 4PS Construct. You drive key technical decisions, co-manage the product backlog with a focus on architectural enablers, and ensure that new features align with the maintainability, scalability, and security of 4PS. You function as a strategic sparring partner for architecture leads within product development and oversee all integration efforts—both with third-party systems and other Hilti Construction Software products—to build a future-proof and cohesive software portfolio.

Experience with Business Central and other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a key differentiator.

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technical leadership role within SaaS or enterprise software;
• Decent experience (5-8+ years) in Microsoft Business Central (NAV before);
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, and similar frameworks is a key differentiator;
• Deep understanding of Business Management systems, cloud-based architectures, and integration to build an integrated product portfolio;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as microservices, containerization, and serverless computing;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and colleagues.
