£38,000 -  £48,000 + Excellent benefits and Bonus opportunities

This profitable and growing business require two Application Specialists, who will be responsible for understanding requirements and designing solutions as well as implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support for a range of software products.

As an Application Consultant, the business will look to you to help shape and improve future services and software alongside their pre-sales and R&D teams. You will have a proven track record of working with customers, understanding their needs and translating these into improved products. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment and be given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing organisation.

For this role, the team work in the office from Monday to Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday working from home.

Responsibilities:

Product Implementation & Delivery
R&D and Product Support
Customer Support and Relationship Management
Pre-Sales and Solution Design

Key Requirements:

Application Support / Consultancy
Proven product and software implementation skills
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Understanding of data structures, databases, and ETL processes.
SQL Server, Excel
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to train users on systems
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
