WHATWILL YOU BE DOING?
Overview:
We are looking for a highly‑driven Manager to lead, manage, and optimize Tik Tok and Meta campaigns across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. The role focuses on end‑to‑end campaign from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting while ensuring performance excellence and innovation in paid social activation.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Lead planning, set up, and execute paid social campaigns on Tik Tok and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). - Develop data‑driven campaign strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Ensure accurate audience targeting, creative alignment, and optimization across all funnel stages.
- Apply performance marketing expertise.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying optimization opportunities to improve CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on Tik Tok and Meta platform updates, beta features, and emerging tools.
- Analytics & Reporting.
- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong command of Tik Tok Ads & Meta Ads. Experience on Google Ads, You Tube, Linked In, or programmatic is a plus.
- Robust optimization strategies across platforms, optimizing both pricing and performance.
- Experience with AI, data tools, automation, predictive modelling, or audience intelligence is an advantage.
- Proven track record of hitting performance targets in fast‑paced growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
