A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide desktop support in Zug and Basel. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining asset inventory, and assisting with user onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and excellent communication skills are essential.
