Learning Designer – Paradox OS
Our Mission – Build an AI‑powered learning operating system that transforms how people grow. Craft cinematic, science‑based learning experiences that feel alive, deeply human, and drive lasting transformation.
Responsibilities- Experience Architecture – Own the full learning system from design to execution.
- Journey Design – Design adaptive, AI‑personalized coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
- Content Crafting – Script engaging, research‑based learning modules, assessments, reflections, and supplemental assets.
- AI Conversation – Write prompt chains, fine‑tune tone and flow, and iterate agents to enhance the student journey.
- Data‑Driven Iteration – Analyze learner data, set KPIs (completion vs transformation), and iterate for stickiness and impact.
- 3–6 years in Learning, Instructional, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
- Shipped at least one major end‑to‑end feature or product with measurable results.
- Proficient with AI tools, Figma, and design systems.
- Portfolio of cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or programs.
- Strong writing, aesthetic sensibility, and a user‑first mindset.
- Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses grounded in data.
- Craft‑obsessed, outcome‑oriented, and driven to deliver high‑impact products.
- Strong editorial and visual storytelling skills.
- Obsessed with transformation—think in outcomes, not outputs.
- Digital and AI savvy, ready to build or refine AI agents.

English: fluent (written and spoken)
