Do you enjoy building reliable cloud platforms? Do you like taking ownership and guiding others on modern Dev Ops practices? Ready to shape how teams work with Open Shift and automation? If yes, you might really enjoy this role.

As a Lead Dev Ops Consultant, you’ll be the go‑to expert for our platform engineering tasks. You’ll run Open Shift environments, build automation, improve delivery processes, and mentor others. Your work will help our teams deliver faster, safer, and with more confidence.

• Run and improve Red Hat Open Shift clusters, including setup, upgrades, and health checks.
• Build secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, or Git Lab CI.
• Automate infrastructure and day‑to‑day tasks with Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage RHEL systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Partner with development teams on microservices and container strategy.
• Strengthen monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

• Strong background in Dev Ops, platform engineering, or SRE work.
• Deep understanding of Open Shift and Kubernetes operations.
• Confident working with RHEL and Linux based systems.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Ability to script in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Comfortable working with Git and Git Ops tools like ArgoCD.

• Red Hat certifications related to Open Shift or Linux.
• Experience running Open Shift on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Istio or Red Hat Service Mesh.
• Understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and container security tools.
