We're growing our Intelligent Infrastructure - Systems & Data Architecture capability to meet the rising demand for data-driven solutions across transport, urban planning, environmental monitoring, and public services. From autonomous vehicles and digital twins to climate resilience and smart cities, our work spans sectors where data makes a real difference.

A little more about your role...

We're looking for a Senior Data Consultant to help us deliver high-impact programmes for clients like National Highways
, the Danish Road Directorate
, and other public sector organisations. You'll work with data from a wide spectrum-traffic flows, environmental sensors, geospatial systems, citizen services, and infrastructure networks-to solve complex problems and guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and lead tasks within delivery of data engineering, analytics, and reporting solutions across varied domains.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and supply chains to tackle technical and operational challenges.
• Explore and model data from diverse sources-transport, spatial, environmental, and operational-to uncover insights.
• Shape data strategies and roadmaps, and design solutions that align with client goals.
• Provide technical assurance and act as a trusted advisor across projects.
• Contribute to proposals and help shape delivery plans in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Champion data excellence across our team and global networks, mentoring others and sharing best practices.

What we wil be looking for you to demonstrate...

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to deliver technical tasks independently within data projects.
• Strong client-facing skills: requirements gathering, presenting insights, facilitating solution testing.
• Experience conducting discovery activities and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL
  , Python
  , Azure and Power BI
  .
• Experience with spatial data analysis
  , GIS tools
  , and working with varied datasets (e.g., sensor data, operational data, public service data).
• Understanding of data management and governance best practices
  , along with familiarity with documentation standards.
