Planning Specialist (E-Commerce Planning) – Global Marketplaces

As a Planning Specialist
, you will play a key role in forecasting
, inventory planning
, pricing strategy
, and campaign management to drive consistent growth across our international marketplace portfolio.

Your work will directly impact:

• Stock availability through proactive planning and forecasting
• Return reduction through better sizing, pricing and demand insights
• Profitability & conversion through data-driven pricing decisions
• Campaign & promotion outcomes through strong analytical support
• Assortment & market strategy through actionable recommendations

You will work closely with Marketplace Operations
, Data
, and Commercial teams, using data analytics
, automation
, and AI-supported workflows
.

This role requires both analytical thinking and an interest in building data-driven processes in a dynamic environment.

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce
  , retail
  , or marketplace operations (experience in Amazon, Zalando, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, About You, Otto, etc. is a plus)
• Experience in apparel / fashion planning or category management
• Strong analytical mindset and data literacy
• Ability to work with large data sets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
• Experience in forecasting
  , pricing
  , sell-through
  , WOS
  , and returns analysis
• Ability to build automated dashboards or data flows (Python is a strong plus)
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, LLM workflows, automation)
• Excellent command of English
  , written and spoken

• Knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau
• Marketplace back-end experience (Seller Central, About You Cloud, Otto Partner Portal, etc.)
• High motivation to work in data-driven teams and solve complex problems

• Own end-to-end planning processes and see your impact clearly
• Work directly with international marketplaces at meaningful scale
• Develop AI-driven workflows and apply them to real business cases
