A leading blockchain technology firm is seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the validator engagement strategy within their high-performance blockchain infrastructure. This remote role involves developing growth strategies, building relationships with validator operators, and ensuring successful adoption of the infrastructure. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in blockchain infrastructure and a strong understanding of validator operations. Competitive compensation is offered in the range of $140K-$150K, alongside performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
