• You have a strong background across a broad range of areas within IT
• You are passionate about technology, and building scalable, modern solutions
• You have a strong belief in the power of automation and actively seek opportunities to implement it

• Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all aspects of our IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to users and systems in our company
• Perform identity and access management via Entra
• Process onboarding and offboarding of employees and equipment, in person and remotely
• Manage, Maintain and support all IT equipment and hardware
• Actively monitor and respond to security incidents
• Create technical documentation and step-by-step procedures for end-users

• Management of the full Microsoft 365 stack
• In depth knowledge of Entra
• Security / M365 Group management
• Multi-Factor Authentication
• Conditional Access Policies
• Enterprise Application registration & configuration
• SSO implementation (SAML / OIDC)
• Microsoft 365 Licence Management
• Group based licencing
• Networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS / VLAN / VPN)
• Endpoint Management using Microsoft Intune for both Windows and MacOS devices
• Autopilot (Device Preparation Policy)
• Platform SSO configuration on MacOS devices
• Application management, packaging and deployment
• Automation via MS Graph & Power Shell
• Security Management via Defender for Business
• Writing technical documentation and instructions
• Backup & Disaster Recovery processes
• Proficiency in English. You must feel comfortable to work fully in an English speaking environment.

• Salary : CHF 90,000 – 110,000 per year, plus performance-based compensation.
