Digital Product Analytics Owner - Contract (Hybrid Role)
Join us to drive data‑informed decision making across our digital platforms. This 6‑month hybrid contract role focuses on leveraging digital data to analyze user behavior, optimize experiences, and provide actionable insights that align with business objectives.
Base Pay RangeCA $60.00/hr – CA $65.00/hr
What You Will Do Data Analysis & Insights- Analyze digital user behavior across websites, mobile apps, and internal applications using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, and other platforms.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and deliver concise insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with product and development teams to integrate data insights into decision‑making and digital strategies.
- Support personalization with data segmentation and user behavior analysis for tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with customer service to analyze and enhance digital service journeys focused on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate data collection through tagging, working with developers to implement and maintain analytics setups.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and align analytics practices with legal standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot data issues and maintain consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply new techniques to enhance analysis and insights.
- Experiment with emerging tools and methodologies, including predictive analytics, to identify innovation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of digital data analytics experience with proven ability to analyze web and mobile performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, Firebase; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Strong understanding of tracking/tagging implementation using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
- Experience in retail or telecommunications is an asset.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to present complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven tools and predictive analytics is an advantage.
