The Legal Counsel will primarily focus on legal employment and commercial matters in UK&I. This role will ensure the Company’s compliance with local and global regulations, mitigate legal risks, and provide legal support across various business functions.

• Advise senior management on employment and commercial legal matters.

• Oversee compliance and risk management strategies.

• Guide junior legal professionals and foster team development.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory discussions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate high value contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, customer contracts, and partnership agreements.

• Build and maintain relationships with external counsel, regulators, and key stakeholders.

• Ability in taking autonomous decisions while handling escalations and projects, where requested.

• Handling complex escalations independently.

• 8+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate and employment law.

• Proven ability to handle high-pressure legal negotiations.

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

• Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
