Our Federal Government client is implementing SharePoint Online as part of their M365 ecosystem across multiple internal departments. They require a Senior SharePoint Online and M365 Functional Architect to act as an SME, guiding them in the implementation process regarding information management, information security and governance. This is expected to be a multi year engagement.

• Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the level of Enhanced Reliability (please note that this is mandatory)
• Experience implementing SharePoint online
• Microsoft Purview experience for data governance
• Experience with SharePoint Online and 365 from an information management perspective (retention tagging, policies, etc)
• Degree or Diploma in technology or engineering related fields (This is a mandatory requirement)

• Providing high level advisory services to clients supporting their complex implementation
• Data governance using Microsoft Purview
• Working with complex stakeholder groups to ensure successful implementation across groups with different needs
• Deep knowledge of the M365 ecosystem, power apps, SharePoint Online
• Experience working with large amounts of unclassified data
• Creating an enterprise standard for all internal groups and departments to follow
• Drawing on knowledge from past project to help implement M365 and SharePoint Online as collaboration tools
• Working with eDiscovery

This is an independent consultant position for contract work with a Kyndryl client and is not a direct staff position with Kyndryl.
