• Residing in Istanbul.
• Holds an MSc or PhD degree or currently a Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering or other relevant field,
• Completed thesis work on machine learning or conducted significant work on a machine learning project, preferably focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP),
• Experience with version control systems and object-oriented programming,
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms,
• Advocate for the best practices in software engineering,
• Smart, analytical and creative problem solver.

• Deep understanding of at least one of the following research areas:
  Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection, Recommendation Systems,
• Experience in fine-tuning state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs), with focus on model scaling, parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), and deployment in production-scale environments,
• Experience with Deep Learning libraries like Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras etc.,
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers like Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, etc.,
• Experience with Hadoop and good command of SQL,
• Experience with automating Machine Learning training and deployment processes,
• Knowledge of GPU hardware and CUDA,
• Experience with containerization and serving Machine Learning models as microservices,
• Ability to mentor teams, lead research-driven engineering projects, and bridge the gap between experimental AI research and production systems.

Your primary responsibility at  will be to research and develop novel projects.
