Senior Consultant at Quantum Talent Group SAP HANA XSA Developer
Can be fully remote (Based outside UAE)/ Onsite in Dubai, UAE
We're looking for an experienced SAP HANA XSA Developer to join a growing technology team. This role focuses on building high-quality backend solutions and supporting data-driven applications.
What you’ll do:- Develop HANA XSA backend artifacts
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and optimize HANA models (Calculation / Analytic / Attribute / SQL Views)
- Debug, tune, and enhance existing applications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of SAP experience
- Strong hands‑on skills with SAP HANA, XSA/XSC, SQL, HDI
- Advanced experience with stored procedures, triggers, window functions, SDI/SDA, performance tuning
- A detail‑oriented team player who enjoys solving complex technical challenges
