Job Title: SAP SD Consultant - SME Level

ITHR 360° Consulting is on the lookout for a highly skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our core team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a subject matter expert (SME) with 8+ years of experience to play a key role in driving innovative SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End SAP SD Implementation: Manage and lead the full lifecycle of SAP SD implementations, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and sales reporting
, ensuring all processes align with business needs.
S/4 HANA

Experience:

Utilize expertise in S/4 HANA implementations with at least 3 successful full-cycle projects
, providing innovative and efficient solutions for sales processes, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition.
Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand the business process, and design optimized sales and distribution solutions tailored to the companys needs.
System Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP SD modules, including sales order processing, delivery scheduling, pricing, invoicing, and credit management
, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.).
Functional Documentation & Testing: Create detailed functional design documents and test plans. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that all requirements are met and the solution performs as expected.
Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with other SAP consultants to ensure proper integration of SAP SD with MM, FICO, and other related modules to provide a cohesive end-to-end business solution.
Post-Implementation Support & User Training: Provide post-go-live support and training to end users, ensuring proper system usage and resolving any issues that arise during stabilization.
Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly assess and optimize sales and distribution processes within SAP, helping to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes
.
At least 3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations (a must) with hands-on expertise in order-to-cash (O2C) processes
.
Strong experience in sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, invoicing, credit management, and revenue recognition
.
Solid understanding of SAP SD integration with other modules such as SAP MM, FICO, and PP
.
Ability to work with global templates
, ensuring customization and localization as required by business operations.
Proven track record in data migration, customization, and enhancement of SAP SD functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong ability to resolve complex business issues within SAP.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experience in training and supporting end users in a live SAP environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, automotive, or high-tech would be a plus.
Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP's latest cloud solutions

Exposure to global rollouts and multi-currency environments
