Job Title: SAP MM Consultant - SME Level

ITHR 360° Consulting is looking for a talented SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our core team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End SAP MM Implementation: Lead the complete lifecycle of SAP MM implementations, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation
, and invoice verification
.
S/4 HANA Integration: Be at the forefront of S/4 HANA implementations with at least 3 successful full-cycle projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD) and third-party applications.
Business Requirements & Process Design: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, map procurement processes
, and design solutions that align with business goals.
System Configuration & Customization: Configure the SAP MM module, including procurement, vendor evaluation, material master data, and inventory management processes
, to meet the client's specific requirements. Ensure all configurations are aligned with SAP S/4 HANA best practices.
Functional Specifications & Documentation: Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and ensure comprehensive documentation of all SAP MM configurations and integrations.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Manage testing processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth implementation.
User Training & Post-Go-Live Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure efficient use of the system and resolve any functional issues after go-live.
Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to integrate MM with modules such as SD, FICO, and WM
, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality across the organization.
Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize supply chain processes within the SAP MM framework, ensuring cost-effective procurement and efficient inventory management.

Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of experience in SAP MM consulting with deep knowledge of Materials Management processes
.
3+ full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations (a must) with proven success in migrating and configuring MM processes on the S/4 HANA platform.
Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), purchase order processing, and vendor management
.
Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as SD, FICO, PP, and WM
.
Hands-on experience with data migration
, customization
, and enhancement of SAP MM functionalities.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex business processes and data
.
Strong communication skills to work with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with supplier relationship management (SRM) or extended warehouse management (EWM) would be advantageous.
Experience in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, oil & gas, or automotive is a plus.
Expertise in Fiori apps related to SAP MM functions.
