An established agricultural machinery manufacturer is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to cover Scotland and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will act as the main technical contact for the dealer network, delivering exceptional aftersales service and support. The role is home-based with regular travel across the region and occasional overseas visits.

• Provide technical and aftersales support to dealers across Scotland and Northern Ireland
• Liaise with manufacturing facilities to resolve product and technical issues
• Deliver technical and operator training to dealer and service teams
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners
• Process and manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately

• Strong background in agricultural engineering or machinery maintenance
• Skilled in hydraulic and electronic diagnostics
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
• Self‑motivated and well‑organised with the ability to manage regional responsibilities
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Willing to travel across the UK and overseas as required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Scotland
