As a Product Manager at Tightly, you will work across the entire product lifecycle to help us rethink and elevate how retail intelligence is delivered. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to bring impactful solutions to market.

You will help refine how operational data becomes actionable intelligence — enabling retailers to understand, predict, and act with confidence across planning, inventory, financial alignment, and execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving interconnected problems, working with technical teams, and building software that drives sophisticated business decision‑making.

• Work closely with design, engineering, and ML teams to shape and deliver impactful, data‑driven product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to understand enterprise needs, validate ideas, support adoption, and ensure commercial alignment.
• Turn complex multi‑system operational workflows into simple, intelligent product experiences.
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy across your product areas.
• Contribute to long‑term product strategy and help evolve Tightly’s retail intelligence vision.
• Drive execution from concept to delivery and iteration with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Analyze product performance and customer behavior to refine and improve solutions.
• Advocate for quality, usability, and scalable design across the platform.

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent English proficiency — you'll work daily with a global, fully remote team across multiple time zones.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams — engineering, design, CS, Sales, Marketing.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex business and technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• High ownership and comfort operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment.
• User empathy and strong product intuition.

• Experience in retail, commerce, operations, supply chain, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/OMS ecosystems and multi‑system data flows.
• Experience with data‑rich products or decision‑support systems.
