• Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms across Exchange On-Premise (2013/2016/2019), Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365.
• You will define target-state architectures, lead complex hybrid migrations, shape governance and security, and ensure scalable, resilient, and cost-effective services. The role partners closely with stakeholders, vendors, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.

• Exchange On-Prem (2013/2016/2019): CAS/Mailbox roles, DAG design, transport rules, hybrid configuration, Edge, load balancers, certificates, name spaces.
• Identity & Access
  : AD/Entra , Conditional Access, Entra Connect (sync, filtering), authentication models (PHS/PTA/ADFS).
• Security & Compliance
  : EOP
  , Defender for Office 365
  , Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), auditing.
• Mail Routing & DNS
  : TLS, MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC, journaling, relays/SMTP; integration with third‑party gateways (e.g., Proofpoint, Mimecast).
• Scripting & IaC
  :
  Power Shell (Exchange/M365 modules), Graph API basics, Terraform/Bicep for Azure/M365 resources where applicable.
• Networking & Infra
  :
  Load balancers, reverse proxies, certificates, firewall rules, bandwidth planning, latency considerations for hybrid.
• Documentation & Governance
  : HLD/LLD, standards, runbooks, acceptance tests, transition‑to‑BAU planning.
• Delivery
  :
  Complex program leadership, risk management, vendor orchestration, and stakeholder communication.

• 7–10+ years in messaging/collaboration architecture with multiple enterprise‑scale Exchange migrations.
• Proven track record delivering hybrid/cloud transitions and decommissioning legacy platforms.
• Working within regulated or security-conscious environments (financial, healthcare, public sector) is advantageous.
