• Address unique engineering challenges associated with operating blockchain nodes at scale

• Proven experience in operating and managing blockchain infrastructure
• Strong understanding of proof-of-stake networks and related technologies
• Ability to engage with community members and partners effectively
• Experience in optimizing performance and reliability of technical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the crypto space

• Previous experience as a technical lead or in a similar high-responsibility role within the crypto industry
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container orchestration technologies
• Active participation in crypto community discussions and events
• Background in software engineering or related technical fields
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring tools
