• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into solution designs and functional specifications and in turn into working systems, applications, or automations.
• Manage L1(-2) application support and change delivery for all solutions.
• Performance of testing for all delivered solutions including test case writing and supporting teams with UAT.
• Execution of audit controls and analyze business operations and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the KION Financial Services Data platform.
• Provide training and support to all teams on new processes and solutions as part of an ongoing release calendar.

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – or relevant working experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Solution Engineer or similar in a complex multinational enterprise environment.
• Proven experience designing complex business solutions, taking them from ideation to delivery.
• Experience working with data, specifically in producing visualisations to support decision making.
• Team-player with strong communication and internal & external stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with IT architecture, cybersecurity principles, and release management processes.
