After 110% growth in the last 12 months, they are now investing heavily into engineering leadership to support their next stage of scale. These five hires will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platform.
The RoleWe’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining delivery leadership and impactful ownership of high‑value product areas. Your team may focus on workflow and automation improvements, core platform scalability and resilience. Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
- Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
- Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
You’ll thrive if you are:
- A strong full‑stack engineer with deep problem‑solving instincts
- Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others
- Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
