• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Azure and Databricks
• Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, Cloud, Data Science, IT, Business) to deliver AI projects
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI engineering best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team

• Salary between €4,547 and €6,496 (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, RAG pipelines). Previous experience in fintech is valued.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Spark, Azure, and Databricks
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production and working with vector databases and frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index)
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques, and/or having contributed to open‑source AI projects or participation in AI communities

Fluent in English with strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
