About the Role

Are you obsessed with turning insights into measurable growth? What if your experiments didn’t just lift conversions but shaped how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential? This isn’t another growth job. It’s a chance to define a new category – The Ecosystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI, combining behavioral science, technology, and AI. We’re not looking for someone who only advises on what to test;

we’re looking for someone who builds it. A hands‑on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.
  • Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  • Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands‑On).
  • You don't just "request" new funnels, you map them out and oversee their implementation directly.
  • You set up the tracking, check the flows, and ensure the machine works before managing budget scaling.
  • Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing).
  • You design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself (headlines, pricing, offers). You dive into data to find the winner.
  • You proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey, audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately with the team.
  • Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging.
  • Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time.
  • Channel Exploration & Scaling.
  • Your job is to oversee core Paid Social work and identify the next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume.
  • You are the "Client" of the Content Factory, analyzing ad performance, providing data‑backed briefs to the Content Strategist, and identifying winning angles quickly to scale aggressively.
  • Growth Loops: design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content).
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify where growth is constrained and why.
  • "Player‑Coach" Leadership: manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by setting standards of excellence, acting as sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution.
  • Build and manage the team—source talent, train, and, when necessary, let go.
  • Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality: focus on leads that lead to appointments and closed deals; collaborate with Sales Team Lead for lead‑quality adjustments.
  • Prioritize high‑intent leads over cheap volume; stop campaigns that bring tire‑kickers even if CPL is low.
Tools & KPIs

Tools you’ll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others that help you see what others miss.

Experience & Qualifications

Ideally 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.

Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generate measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
