Position: Seo Executive (Permanent)
Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing marketing agency in Birmingham for an ambitious SEO Executive to join their close-knit team.

The Role
You’ll support and implement SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, working closely with the SEO Manager and wider content and web teams. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, exposure to strategy, and clear progression opportunities as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement on-page, technical, and content-led SEO strategies

* Keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting

* Collaborate with SEO, content, and web production teams

* Manage workloads and meet deadlines

* Support client relationships and performance growth

* GA, tracking, tagging, and data analysis

* Local SEO and reputation management

About You

* Passionate about SEO and digital marketing

* Naturally curious and keen to understand why things work

* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning your work

* Motivated by results and continuous learning

Requirements

* Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals

* Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics

* Confident analysing data and insights

* Word Press/CMS experience

* Excellent written English

* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
